Rules & Regulations - TTIS Challenge 2026 Event Timings

General Guidelines:

• Participants are requested to arrive at the venue well in advance to complete the registration process and avoid missing any scheduled activity.
• Entry to the venue will be free for all school students and up to two accompanying teachers. All other attendees are required to purchase an entry pass of ₹100, valid for all three days of the event.
• All participants are required to attend the event in their school uniform and carry valid school ID cards during the event.
• Participants must carefully read and adhere to the rules and guidelines of each competition or activity they are participating in
• The Intellectual Properties used or developed for/ during the event shall be exclusively owned by ABP.
• The decision of the management committee of the event shall be final and binding and no further requests shall be entertained at a later date.
• Any change in date of the event or scheduled programme shall be at the sole discretion of ABP.
• ABP reserves the right to make changes to event rules, categories, timings or participant arrangements during the event.
• Instructions provided by event organizers, judges, emcees and Nicco Park staff must be followed at all times.
• Participants are expected to be polite and respectful towards fellow participants, parents, staff members and visitors.
• For any assistance or clarification, participants may approach the designated event coordinators or volunteers.
• Participants are advised to keep their personal belongings secure at all times. ABP & Nicco Park shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, vape or any unauthorised substances is strictly prohibited at the venue.
• ABP & Nicco Park shall not be held responsible for any injury, health issues, or medical emergencies occurring during the event. Participants are advised to take necessary precautions.
• Beyond the closing time of the event, ABP shall not be responsible for the continued stay of the participants.
• Any inappropriate, disruptive or non-compliant behaviour will invite immediate disciplinary action, including disqualification or removal from the venue.
• Participants are encouraged to enjoy the event and take part in the true spirit of learning, creativity, sportsmanship, and fun.
